Cancellations

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through the Manage Subscription link in the subscriber's account or subscription emails. Customers may also request cancellation by contacting meganmoeai.art+cancel@gmail.com

Cancellation stops future recurring charges. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been charged.

Canceling a subscription does not cancel the customer's right to receive an edition that was already paid for unless that order is separately refunded.

Accidental renewals and refunds

If a subscription renews unintentionally, contact meganmoeai.art+question@gmail.com within 24 hours of the renewal charge. Renewal refund requests received within that period will be honored and the corresponding edition will be canceled.

Renewal charges are nonrefundable after the 24-hour period except when required by law or when The Gloaming Post made a billing or fulfillment error.

Because each edition is produced in small quantities for a specific month, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind after the refund period. This does not limit the damaged-mail and eligible lost-mail remedies described above.

Canceling the subscription in the customer portal does not automatically refund a payment that has already processed. A refund request must be submitted separately within the 24-hour period.

Failed payments

If a recurring payment fails, the subscription system may send a notice and retry the payment. Customers are responsible for updating expired or declined payment methods through the Manage Subscription portal.

An edition is not reserved until payment is successfully processed. If payment is not completed by the relevant monthly cutoff, the customer may miss that edition and receive the next edition associated with the eventual successful payment date. Repeated failed payments may cause the subscription to be paused or canceled.

Previous editions and replacement availability

Each edition of The Gloaming Post is created for a particular month, moon, and zodiac season. Complete previous editions are not restocked or sold after their ordering window closes.

We may keep a small number of copies for eligible replacements, but replacement availability is not guaranteed and these copies are not available for general sale.

Policy updates

These policies may be updated as the subscription develops. Material changes affecting recurring billing, pricing, cancellation, or customer rights will be communicated before they apply to a future renewal when required. The policy in effect when an order is processed will govern that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
